These homes were the first to be built on the La Herrada development and were the only homes available for purchase in June of 2004. The original show house and show apartment are just beyond the last visible "quad house" in the picture.

 

A recent picture of those volunteer residents who carried out the substantial repair work to the community swimming pool. They all gave freely of their time and deserve great praise from residents of 107 to 250 for the significant amount of community funds they saved by not employing a company to do the job.

So well done to all of you good citizens in the photo above - you certainly deserve a round of applause and the grateful thanks of the whole community.
