Latest minutes of the monthly Committee Meetings will be found via the links below. Meeting take place on the 1st Tuesday of each month.
Contact with the committee is through the local member for your street (or housing block allocated to committee members - see "The Committee" link).
Residents' requests and complaints - which are to be brought before ServiGest, the administrators - should be in the form of a written letter to the committee chairman. [See "The Committee" link on the left for address details].
Such complaints might include permissions for building work, complaints about road conditions or about any disturbances to the peace of the neighbourhood.
