COMMITTEE MEMBERS - 2010

Residents Committee Meetings are normally held every 3 - 4 months depending on current issues. The final meeting Agenda item is Date of Next Meeting when the next meeting is proposed.

Extraordinary meetings can be called at any time if circumstances dictate.

Agendas for these meetings are issued by the Secretary at least 7 days prior to the meeting.

Any and all Items for Any Other Business (AOB) should be communicated to the Chairman / Secretary at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
